• Must be willing to work at Kajang.
• Proven working experience as VM role preferably with strong understanding of retail landscape and fast-moving B2C business nature.
• At least 3 years of hands-on VM experience with demonstrable graphic design skills and a strong portfolio.
• Relevant hands-on experience with branding projects, web layout/interface design, print production, digital collaterals, visual merchandising displays.
• Proficient use of Photoshop, Illustrator and other modern visual design software and wire-framing tools.
• Web design knowledge would be an advantage as the company moves rapidly towards digitalisation.
• Professionally creative with a skill to merge knowledge and experience with business and art to ensure balance and practicality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate across all levels of an organization comfortably and confidently.
• Evidence of participation in ongoing professional development opportunities in the areas of graphic design or social media to upkeep personal growth.
• Good project management skills and reporting practice with consistent updates on progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution with keen attention to detail.
• Proven leadership skills and a talent for providing effective feedback, direction and guidance to foster team\'s growth and development.
• Ability to incorporate feedback and transform ideas resourcefully.
• Good team player that inspires the team\'s spirit to progress effectively together.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for market findings, research, and strategy planning for overall brand look and feel.
• Propose and design overall visual strategies across outlet POSM, window display, and product showcase.
• Research and improve overall shopper experience by implementing new design/point of attraction.
• Oversee the production and guide outlet staff on displaying the produced design.
• To communicate and guide outlet staff on visual display in terms of commercial product brand guide, display IT and etc.
• Hands-on and work closely with appointed ID for in store layout planning, window display arrangement and POSM.
• Proposed relevant strategies through timely industrial and behavioral trends and data collection to draw recommendations on effective branding plans.
• To perform time to time outlet visitation for overall display enhancement and understanding the requirement.
• To propose campaign/ festival POSM.
• Liaise with key suppliers from time to time for the latest commercial poster refresh.
• To involve in new outlet opening in terms of product display and arrangement.
• Ensuring consistency/uniformity of branding across multiple outlet locations.
• Liaising with other retail professionals, including buyers, marketing executives, and retail merchandisers, when necessary.
