- SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
- Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
- Inventory control, management and analysis, and timely replenishment plan
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Plan and schedule daily work activities for staffs.
- Inspect quantity and quality if incoming supplies.
- Make arrangement with supplier during insufficient parts in inventory
- Coordination and communication with relevant departments of the company.
- Making sure Finished goods are on par with Job Order before moving into store
- Review production plan and check parts record before issuing parts to subcon
- Schedule and perform stock count. Investigate and resolve issues on discrepancies.
- To perform any other assignments as and when required by the management.
