The Japanese-based company is established in Malaysia in 1991. The company\xe2\x80\x99s line of business includes the manufacturing of nailed & lock corner wood boxes, one stop solution for the packaging industry, total logistics services and retail of exclusive Japanese merchandises.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all store activities;
Responsible for the safety, security and housekeeping of the store;
Update and checks on inventory/store record;
Responsible for keeping the proper stock records, monitoring and verifying stock accuracy, proper labelling of stocks and conducting regular stock checks;
To monitor the incoming and outgoing items (from supplier or customer);
Assist in daily store, packing and warehousing operational activities;
Arrange and store goods in the correct location racks and store upkeep;
To verify incoming and outgoing documents consisting of the transfer sheets, packing slips, export orders, delivery bills and invoices;
To ensure store operation activities comply with quality standards set by management; and
To oversee staff discipline, counselling, and report when necessary
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least Diploma or equivalent
Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
Posses own transport
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 7.30am to 4.30pm; Alt Saturday, 7.30am to 11.50pm
Must be willing to work in Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Port Klang
