Job Description

• Possess Diploma / Bachelor Degree in commerce, marketing, business administration or related field.

• At least 1 years of relevant experience in the related field is required for the position / inventory management.\xe2\x80\x8b
• Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in data management.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of diesel engine spare parts. \xe2\x80\x8b

ResponsibilitiesDaily Management of Material Requirements:

• Maintain minimum stock levels while preventing stockouts.
• Regularly monitor and verify inventory counts for accuracy.
• Ensure proper control, storage, and segregation of materials.

Inventory and Stock Control:

• Conduct continuous monitoring and follow-up on pending materials with vendors as per purchase orders.
• Perform systematic filing and maintain high accuracy of data and reports.
• Provide timely follow-up on requesters\' pending spare parts and manage the return of used spare parts.

Vendor and Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicate with vendors to track pending materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Address and resolve any delays or issues with vendors promptly.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on spare parts and material consumption.
• Ensure all records and documents are properly filed and systematically maintained.

Branch Visits and Stock Audits:

• Conduct regular visits to branches for stock verification and audits.
• Perform physical stock takes to ensure consistency with recorded inventory and address any discrepancies.
