Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



1. Responsible for checking stock quantity weekly.

2. Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase.

3. Ensure adequate record keeping.

4. Issue Job Sheet/Material Request Form (MRF) daily for truck repair.

5. Follow up on Job Sheet to proceed with the report.

6. Perform weekly and monthly stock checks.

7. To ensure all newly issue spare parts to internal repair have been physically installed.

8. Produce listing of parts that required repair/re-cond to Store & Admin Assistant.

9. Ensure all the items received are in good and to monitor tyre in/out record from store.

10. Perform mechanic toolbox checking and produce monthly toolbox checklist.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
