Sales and financial management:
Meeting sales targets, managing budgets, analyzing sales data, and controlling expenses to ensure store profitability.
Inventory management:
Overseeing stock levels, managing inventory orders, ensuring stock accuracy, and conducting regular counts to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Customer service:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints, managing customer queries, and setting a standard for the team to follow.
Store operations:
Managing daily operations, ensuring a clean and organized store environment, overseeing visual merchandising, and enforcing all company policies and procedures.
Compliance and safety:
Ensuring the store complies with health, safety, and legal requirements, and implementing loss prevention and security measures.
Communication:
Liaising with head office to communicate business feedback and to implement corporate strategies and promotions.
