We are looking for committed and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. We are an Apple seller and we also sell other products such as speakers, headphones, earphones, and accessories.
Sales commission is provided along with the basic salary.
A store manager is responsible for the following roles:
1. Sales pitch
2. Restocking items
3. Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop
4. Good product knowledge on Apple products (such as iPhones, MacBook, iPad, etc) and on speaker and sound systems by brands like JBL, Harman Kardon, SONY, Beats.
5. Handling warranty process
6. Manage e-commerce platform (ordering and managing e-commerce store)
7. Overseeing all operations in the shop and making sure there are no issues with the staff and customers
8. Handling customer service feedbacks.
9. Overlooking the staff performance and making sure all staff are well-trained and are carrying out their tasks.
10. General management of the store.
What we expect from you:
0. Minimum 2 years of Managerial or Supervisory work experience in related field is required.

We are a small team at LOOP and our staff are very warm and welcoming. You will settle in in no time and soon be part of our awesome team. You will undergo training by the current store manager and senior staff.
Working hours are fixed according to a schedule given at the beginning of every month.
5 days working with 2 days off in a week.
