About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on, motivated, and customer-focused

Store Manager

to lead our retail team. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, training and motivating the team, and ensuring every customer enjoys a first-class shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily store operations, including sales, merchandising, and customer service Train, motivate, and guide retail staff to achieve sales targets and maintain brand standards Monitor product displays, inventory levels, and stock movements Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and issues with professionalism Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing Prepare daily sales reports and communicate performance updates to management Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on stock, pricing, and promotions Maintain strong product knowledge of Apple products and other brands like

JBL, Harman Kardon, Bose, and Sony

Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years of retail or store management experience

, preferably in consumer electronics or lifestyle products Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Passion for Apple products, technology, and gadgets Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu (Chinese is a plus) Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays when required
