Uphold the store's mission and objectives, ensuring all initiatives align with broader company direction.
Manage overall store performance, including budgeting, staffing costs, expense oversight and participating in P&L evaluations alongside the Area Manager.
Lead from the sales floor by overseeing team scheduling, customer engagement and day-to-day workflow to maintain a seamless in-store experience.
Ensure all opening and closing routines are executed and in accordance with company guidelines.
Foster a safe, compliant workplace by upholding operational procedures and meeting all regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to enhance store processes and elevate service quality through continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in a Retail industry with a track record of team management and delivering good store results.
Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to inspire and direct a team in a high-energy environment.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Competence with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences and achieving sales objectives.
