Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Johor Bahru for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining effective communication with customers and team members, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Qualifications Possess good customer service skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Previous experience in store management and luxury retail Knowledge of retail excellence and clientele management Leadership skills and ability to manage a team Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Bachelor\'s degree in business, retail management, or related field is a plus Fluency in multiple languages especially Mandarin is a plus
