Applicants with a college Degree or above, major in marketing and experience in market supervision are preferred;
Min 2 year of relevant working experience is required;
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin;
Outgoing personality, strong communication skills and pressure resistance, and able to negotiate independently;
Strong market analysis and planning capabilities, able to adapt to long-term domestic business trips;
Strong learning ability, able to quickly master company product knowledge.
Responsibilities
Management and training of stores and personnel in the responsible area;
Supervise and guide store sales. Responsible for the sales tasks, training results, and display status of brand stores and direct stores in the responsible area;
Responsible for store activity planning, maintaining brand image, supervising the execution of store promotions and feedback on promotion results;
Assist brand owners to investigate the market and prepare investigation reports to ensure the accuracy of various reports submitted in brand stores;
Assist brand owners to select and determine locations, guide and supervise store decoration and other matters;
Supervise the implementation of the company\'s policies in the store;
Complete various investigation tasks assigned by superiors, and provide scientific and effective promotion plans based on market conditions.
