Candidates with at least 5 years experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store manager in Supermarket / Hypermarket.
Min. Education: SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor\'s Degree
Spoken Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations with maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory level and anticipating customer demand.
Maintain high standard for store appearance and visual merchandising as well as product freshness.
Supervise the implementation of all sales promotion and marketing plans including all signature programs.
Working with relevant department to develop in store promotion programs to raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
Trains and reviews all staffs job performance and promoting an effective performance team
Meeting sales and profitability goals, delivery of customer satisfaction and enhancing.
Provide feeding back on buying trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory and company policies as they pertaining to food handling, and other food safety guidelines.
Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Company from time to time.
