Job Description


  • Candidates with at least 5 years experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store manager in Supermarket / Hypermarket.
  • Min. Education: SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor\'s Degree
  • Spoken Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations with maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory level and anticipating customer demand.
  • Maintain high standard for store appearance and visual merchandising as well as product freshness.
  • Supervise the implementation of all sales promotion and marketing plans including all signature programs.
  • Working with relevant department to develop in store promotion programs to raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Trains and reviews all staffs job performance and promoting an effective performance team
  • Meeting sales and profitability goals, delivery of customer satisfaction and enhancing.
  • Provide feeding back on buying trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory and company policies as they pertaining to food handling, and other food safety guidelines.
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Company from time to time.
