\xe2\x80\xa2 Assist Branch Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments). \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep track on the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and maintain store inventory. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coach and support new and existing Sales Assistant. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle complaints from customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Make sure all employees adhere to company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as our store\xe2\x80\x99s representative and set an example for our staff.
Manjaku was incorporated on 5 January 1994. Its Head Office is located in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor Darul Ehsan. Manjaku is a registered trademark in Malaysia. Manjaku is now the largest one-stop Baby products chain store in the Malaysia. Plans are ongoing to include more major towns and cities at a rate of 1 to 3 new stores per year and currently we have 27 stores. Due to the growth of our company, we are seeking for self-motivated & dynamic candidates for the following positions to join us.
