• Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, preferably Mandarin.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.

Responsibilities1. Sales Management- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.- Analyze sales data to optimize product performance and customer engagement.- Set and monitor individual sales targets for team members.2. Team Leadership- Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants.- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.- Foster a positive and motivated team culture.3. Customer Service Excellence- Ensure a high standard of personalized and professional customer service.- Handle escalated customer issues effectively.- Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service.4. Product Management- Manage inventory, procurement, and product selection.- Work with suppliers to ensure product quality and timely delivery.- Oversee visual merchandising and store displays.5. Store Operations- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and security.- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.- Control expenses to maintain profitability.6.
