Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree qualification.
Minimum 1 year(s) working experience in retail management is required for this position.
Passion in retail industry and willing to work retail hours.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects, maintain strict deadlines and punctual.
Ability to work with minimum supervision and travelling is required for store visits.
Possess own transport and willing to work 6 days a week.
Able to working in shift.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the fulfilments of all operational supports requests from retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient running of outlet\'s daily operation.
To monitor retail visual merchandising and to ensure compliance.
Lead, train, motivate and develop retails staff in promoting courtesy and improving customer service standards.
Assist in sales and marketing activities in effort to achieve outlet growth.
Responsible in managing manpower allocation, managing and motivating retail staff, stock level monitoring of the outlet.
