Job Description

• Prefer at least 3 of managerial experience in the retail / sales / beauty industry
• Strong selling and communication skills, possess good planning, organizational and leadership skills
• Detailed, sales driven, self-motivated and capable of leading juniors
• Able to work on shift, 6 days per week include weekends and public holidays
• Customer orientated with positive attitude
• Positive attitude and believe in beauty
• Ability to resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner.

• Ensure outlet operation standards are being practiced by all team members.
• Arrange manpower schedule to maximize sales opportunities effectively following rules and regulations.
• Provide coaching on-the-floor training for all Retail Consultant.
• Lead, motivate and support the retail team consistently.
• Monitor and highlight individual sales weaknesses to the sales ops for training arrangement.
• Achieve given sales target and expectations.
• Calculate and submit team commission report to sales ops timely and accurately.
• Take responsibility to minimize stock loss and maximize boutique\'s security.
• Ensure merchandising is attractive, up-to-date and consistent with marketing plans.
