Job Description


1. To carry out all store keeping for MSG consist of receiving, storing, preservation, retrieving, transferring, weighing, disposing of, delivering, stock counting, and updating records.
2. To ensure on-time delivery of raw material and packing material to production.
3. To minimize materials and finished good pilferage and damage to a standard set by management.
4. To coordinate with purchasing and production in the event of goods reject or non-conformity in terms of quality and quantity.
5. To verify incoming and outgoing documents consists of the transfer sheets, packing slips, export orders, delivery bills, and invoices.
6. To alert the management when there is non-conformity of quality and quantity while in storage, delivering, and receiving.
7. To ensure store facilities are functioning correctly and well maintained.
8. To conduct on-the-job training for newly employed staff.
9. To execute 5S & FIFO (First In First Out) system in all the warehouses.
10. To ensure store operation activities comply with quality standards set by management.
11. To overseas staff discipline, counseling, and report when necessary.
