\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations, the achievement of revenue and the profitability as well as growth and sustainability of the business. \xe2\x80\xa2 Together with the Management Team, carrying out the business directions and objectives endorsed by the General manager and stakeholder. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible in ensuring the business has appropriate risk management processes that comply with laws and regulations relating to safety, health, environment and delivering safe workplace. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for developing, successful execution and maintaining effective human resource policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible in providing strong leadership and effective management by encourage cooperation and teamwork, build and maintain Team Members morale at the highest level. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible in the recruitment of key operation roles. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for ensuring all approved Key Performance Indicator (KPI) are met. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible in overseeing the delivery of actual sales against the agreed budget. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible in the effective planning and monitoring of organization budget and expenses \xe2\x80\xa2 Attends and participates in monthly Management and BOD Meeting. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure no obsolete stock at display shelf, storage and warehouse \xe2\x80\xa2 To have a proper stock planning and regular stock checking, including ordering and receiving. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure proper handling of perishable items to minimize wastage \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain high standards for store appearance and visual merchandising as well as product freshness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide feedback on buying trends, customer needs and competitor activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring and analysing sales turnover for efficient ordering achieving maximum profitability \xe2\x80\xa2 Consistently reviewing floor display to ensure efficient space usage and shelf display \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all areas including selling floor, storage and cool room. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for proper maintenance and upkeep of all equipment and fixtures and fitting of the branch. \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing cash management, security, and store maintenance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor store performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to ensure the success of the store. \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to customer complaints and resolve any customer service issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay informed of industry trends and changes, and make recommendations to senior management as necessary Qualification \xe2\x80\xa2 SPM/STPM and Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional Degree in business / Retail / SCM and equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 5 years of experience in FMCG / Retail management role \xe2\x80\xa2 E-commerce, IT knowledge, marketing and media communication
