1. NETWORK & CLIENT MANAGEMENT \xe2\x96\xaa To develop and promote a loyal clientele according to the sales and brand strategy (client-telling) \xe2\x80\xa2 Ambassador for the brand within his/her market, being responsible for the stores external relations within its competitive environment \xe2\x80\x93 marketing, merchandising, local activities etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Market studies (competitors, customers etc.) 2. DETERMINATION OF THE \xe2\x80\x9cSUCCESSFUL STORE\xe2\x80\x9d OBJECTIVES \xe2\x96\xaa Defining the annual sales targets/budget/forecast \xe2\x96\xaa Determine and monitor objectives and sales targets according to budget/forecasts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis \xe2\x96\xaa Optimizing the store contribution \xe2\x96\xaa Ensuring the fair and efficient rostering of staff with the aim of maximising the use of manpower on the floor; in particular during peak sales periods e.g. weekends, promotions etc. \xe2\x96\xaa Maintaining the optimized staff to customer ratio, making sure that customers are looked after appropriately \xe2\x96\xaa Optimizing and managing personnel costs and keeping in line with the set budget \xe2\x96\xaa Monitoring all expenses and costs within the store in order to achieve positive store contribution and be in line with the set budget objective \xe2\x96\xaa Pushing ongoing growth of the store\xe2\x80\x99s turnover \xe2\x96\xaa Maintenance of store in line with budget requirements \xe2\x96\xaa Identifying store investments and making appropriate suggestion to the ROD \xe2\x96\xaa Managing store operations: Replenishment, regular and year-end inventories, visual merchandising, etc. \xe2\x96\xaa Health, safety and security regulations: Ongoing control of store security, compliance with procedures. \xe2\x96\xaa Pro-activity on store attribution \xe2\x96\xaa Managing administration tasks and reporting \xe2\x96\xaa Guarantee financial results of the store through effective management of margins, stock and personnel costs 3. LEADERSHIP & STAFF MANAGEMENT \xe2\x96\xaa Making sure that Client Advisor / Senior Client Advisor / Team Leader profiles match accordingly to the sales and brand strategy \xe2\x96\xaa Taking ongoing actions around motivation the team according to the sales and brand strategy and acting as their mentor \xe2\x96\xaa Recruitment, evaluation and career development of Management Team and Client Advisors / Senior Client Advisors in cooperation with the regional ROD and HR \xe2\x96\xaa Compliance with Grooming Standards \xe2\x96\xaa Training and development of the Client Advisors / Senior Client Advisors in order to achieve best business results \xe2\x96\xaa Guarantee an optimum relay of information within the store and an excellent and transparent ascending and descending communication flow 4.STOCK MANAGEMENT \xe2\x96\xaa Assist in inventory management. Ensure stock rooms are kept neat and tidy at all times; stock should be kept in appropriate order for ease of access when serving customers \xe2\x96\xaa Ensure all stock transfers into and out of the store are properly recorded to minimize stock loss \xe2\x96\xaa Stock loss is kept to the minimum. PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS Experience: 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years previous store manager experience in a retail service environment. Preferably within the luxury retail industry. Education: School Certificate or equivalent. Degree preferred. Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems. Basic computer skills, including: - Microsoft Excel - Microsoft Word - Microsoft Outlook Physical: Ability to meet moderate stockroom lifting requirements and store climbing requirements Ability to manoeuvre sales floor Ability to clean displays to ensure professional presentation Communication: Excellent command of English Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members Schedule: Ability to work flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; including nights, weekends and public holidays. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month Schedule:
