Minimum 3-5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a Store Manager role (preferably in fashion).
Proven success in driving sales and managing a profitable retail operation.
Exceptional leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen and analytical ability.
Excellent in visual merchandising and inventory management.
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Tanggungjawab
Full performance responsibility for the store, including achieving and exceeding sales, budget, and profitability targets.
Recruit, train, coach, mentor, and manage the performance of the entire store team.
Develop and implement strategies to drive footfall, sales, and customer loyalty.
Manage all operational aspects, including inventory control, scheduling, and loss prevention.
Ensure the store's visual presentation and merchandising are flawless and aligned with brand direction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for mall management and head office.
Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.
