• Minimum 3-5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a Store Manager role (preferably in fashion).
• Proven success in driving sales and managing a profitable retail operation.
• Exceptional leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and analytical ability.
• Excellent in visual merchandising and inventory management.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Full performance responsibility for the store, including achieving and exceeding sales, budget, and profitability targets.
• Recruit, train, coach, mentor, and manage the performance of the entire store team.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive footfall, sales, and customer loyalty.
• Manage all operational aspects, including inventory control, scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Ensure the store's visual presentation and merchandising are flawless and aligned with brand direction.
