Job Description

To ensure goods inwards inspection is carried out in accordance with regulatory and company's requirements and only approved materials are accepted into the airworthiness warehouse or designated storage areas. Note -Store Inspector position may be in form of an additional function to any of current available position as where the company find necessary or applicable. In the absence of the Store lnspectorr, will deputize and take full responsibility for the Store lnsRectorr, with regards to functions that are delegated by Store Inspector . To carry out inspection on the parts for condition and quantity and ensure availability of correct documents. To carry out inspection of customer supplied materials for aircraft check and repairs and ensure that correct documents are available. To ensure Certification of Conformance or Calibration are available for tooling (as applicable). To file all the certificates, Delivery Notes, Goods Received Notes of part received. To ensure company's safety practices are adhered to all the times. To maintain tool crib records such as calibration, quarantine, POL, tools and equipment. To maintain bonded store list for serviceable and unserviceable parts. Conduct efficient and effective assets or equipment preventive / scheduled /ad-hoc maintenance / calibration / service / repair program and ensure immediate actions taken to ensure availability and serviceability. Expedite the shipment with freight forwarder. Adhere to shipping, import & export, incoterms, company and regulatory procedures Manage the receiving, dispatch, warehousing, distribution and other related warehouse activities to meet the agreed service levels, at optimum cost.
