Job Description


Job Responsibility Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods. Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records. Ensure proper storage and organization of items in the warehouse. Prepare and pack items for delivery according to delivery schedules. Verify the accuracy of orders before dispatch. Coordinate with the purchasing department to replenish stock as needed. Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles to transport goods to designated customer locations. Interact professionally with customers during the delivery process. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering goods in a timely and courteous manner. Maintain organized records of all deliveries and receipts. Communicate effectively with the warehouse team, customers, and suppliers. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to inventory management, safety, and driving. Follow guidelines for the proper handling and transportation of goods. Job Requirements Valid GDL license is mandatory. Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role. Good knowledge of inventory management practices. Ability to operate and maintain company vehicles. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Physical fitness for handling and lifting goods. Familiarity with local traffic and safety regulations.
