The person shall manage, plan and organise the Store/Warehouse activities and tasks to achieve the overall objectives related to profitability, competitiveness, customer satisfaction, service and quality. To develop inventory strategy planning with Department Head. To lead a team of inventory staff in performing day to day inventory activities including receiving materials and services, disposing inbound material, receiving material from non-supplier, managing inventory storage and movement, managing physical inventory, lots and batches, consignment stock and managing sub-contracting. To ensure stock accuracy (actual and in the system) through timely and systematic physical count, and update receiving, issuing, rejection control and material transfer in the ERP system. To comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 requirement and standard in inventory management, maintenance of raw material floor, documentation. To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time. Possess at least Diploma with minimum of 2 years experience and able to implement and maintain warehouse with full 5S & safety awareness.
