We are a grocery start up looking for hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Working in our company will be challenging but rewarding. You will work directly with the management team, drive initiatives, and have important responsibilities.
The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Staff Management
- Supervising, training, and guiding employees to meet performance and company standards.
Daily Operations
- Ensuring the store runs efficiently, from opening and closing procedures to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Inventory Control
- Monitoring stock levels, ordering merchandise and ensuring accurate inventory.
Customer Service
- Handling customer inquiries and ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Store Maintenance
- Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and overall good order within the store or warehouse.
Policy Adherence
- Ensuring all operations and employee activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Reporting
- Completing necessary reports on daily and weekly basis and providing feedback
Requirements:
For Malaysian only
Language: Must haves are English & BM (Mandarin & Cantonese will be an added advantage)
Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in any industry but fresh grads are also welcomed to apply
