To monitor and assist other Logistics Department employees with their work and ensure work done following proper procedures and as well as being on time.
To arrange tasks and issue instructions to other employees to ensure smooth operations.
To train and evaluate employees whenever necessary.
To check the work flow of store operations consistently.
To act as the temporary person-in-charge (PIC) whenever the Logistics Manager is not available.
To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head of Department (HOD).
Job Requirements:
Possess at least 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics/warehousing.
Good working knowledge of store and warehouse operations.
Good working knowledge in data entry (e.g. Microsoft Excel, SAP, etc.)
Time management is crucial in coordinating work flows across the department.
