We use fresh and high-quality ingredients to create a wide range of desserts that are both tasty and nutritious. We are looking for a store supervisor who shares our passion for food and customer service to join our team.

As a store supervisor at BLISS, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and cleanliness. You will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the staff, inventory management, sales reporting, and financial management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Passion for food and customer service
• Experience in managing staff and inventory
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Familiarity with POS systems and financial reporting
• Mandarin speaking is a BONUS!

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the store
• Train and manage staff to provide excellent customer service
• Ensure food quality and cleanliness are maintained at all times
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Prepare daily sales reports and manage financial transactions
• Implement and maintain store policies and procedures
