Kelayakan

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college education or F&B certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience (1 years) in a supervisory or leadership role within the F&B industry.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, customer service principles, and sales techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and customers.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.

• Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and uphold service standards.
• Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional development.

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Ensure product quality and presentation meet or exceed company standards, consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Handle escalated customer issues effectively, striving to resolve conflicts and provide satisfactory solutions.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service and engagement.
• Drive sales by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines, sanitation standards, and legal regulations in food handling and store operations.
• Monitor compliance with cash handling procedures, security protocols, and company policies to prevent loss and maintain a secure environment.
• Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and operational metrics, presenting findings to management for review and decision-making.
• Maintain open and effective communication channels with management, colleagues, and subordinates, sharing insights and collaborating on improvements.
