Job Summary:

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily store operations that support the production and distribution of RO & mineral water products. The role involves coordinating the receipt of raw and packaging materials, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring proper storage, and facilitating accurate deliveries to customers or the production line.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing of products and raw materials such as bottles, cartons, and labels. Ensure sufficient stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records (stock in/out). Coordinate closely with the production department to ensure continuous supply of materials to avoid disruption. Manage and monitor store staff performance, including scheduling, basic training, and compliance with SOPs. Prepare daily/weekly stock reports, including reports on damages, losses, or expired items. Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety of the store area, especially considering hygiene standards for food/beverage products. Conduct periodic stock audits in coordination with the Accounts Department or HQ. Liaise with suppliers and logistics providers to coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries. Implement FIFO/FEFO practices to manage inventory and maintain product quality. Ensure compliance with all company SOPs, including quality control and delivery documentation.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM or Diploma in logistics, warehouse management, supply chain, or any related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the beverage, bottled water, food production, or FMCG industry. Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate store personnel effectively. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of resolving operational issues efficiently. Familiar with stock control processes and basic inventory management systems (manual or computerized). Primarily working in normal day shift; however, must be willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when operationally required. Candidates with a valid forklift license or hands-on forklift operation experience will have an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
