Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Puchong for an Operation Supervisor. The Operation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing operations processes and teams, and ensuring efficiency and productivity within the department. Day-to-day tasks include supervising staff, coordinating with other departments, analyzing operational performance, and implementing process improvements to optimize operations.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and Operations Management experience Strong Analytical Skills for assessing operational performance Details oriented and store management Excellent Communication skills for liaising with different departments and staff Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus Experience in store management, or related field is preferred
