Minimum SPM/ STPM/ Diploma or any higher qualifications.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in food and beverage industry or related field.

Oversee the smooth running of daily operations at myBurgerLab outlets, including shift scheduling and store cleanliness.
To ensure the store operates as efficiently as possible.
Be the champion of excellent customer service in the store by consistently deliver a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for every customer, handle any complaints or issues swiftly, and ensure our service is as speedy as IT is friendly.
Assist in developing, managing, and leading a high-performing team. This includes onboarding new team members, providing ongoing training, scheduling, and offering performance feedback regularly. The leadership should cultivate an environment of respect, cooperation, and positivity.
Ensuring the quality and consistency of our products is key to success.
Uphold our standards of food quality and presentation, and ensure that all products are served with the highest standards according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Manage inventory effectively, maintain our strict quality control procedures, and deal swiftly with any issues that arise.
Ensure all safety guidelines and protocols are followed within the store and oversee the proper use, maintenance, and cleanliness of all store equipment.
Regularly train the staff about safety regulations, conduct safety drills, and maintain an emergency response plan.
Create a balance between providing exceptional service and maintaining speedy operations.
Execute strategies and tasks that enhance quick and accurate product and service without compromising on customer experience or product quality.
