Although no two days are ever the same, there are some things that you can expect to be involved in as a Store Visual Merchandising Manager include

• Securing excellent direct customer experience, by establishing extensive knowledge around trends, products and styling across the Store Team
• Contribute to the Store- and Floor Managers\xc2\xb4 sales strategy, to increase performance and maximise profit based on the business needs
• Communicate with the Area Visual and provides visual feedback to the area team on a regular basis
• Train colleagues to understand the COS collection and spread the story of key products and inspiration background
• Oversee the planning and realising of the store experience, placing the collection according to the planning pack
• Implement all visual merchandising activities including window displays, mannequin styling and garment presentation according to the business needs
• Analyse weekly sales figures and service results, taking appropriate actions to maximise sales performance
• Overview and support other stores in Malaysia
• Act as a customer service role model

Qualifications

To work as a visual merchandising manager, you should have some previous visual merchandising experience plus the qualities below

• Approximately 1 year experience as a visual merchandiser
• Good communication skills
• Customer focused & Good commercial abilities
• Self-motivated, adaptable & positive
• A genuine interest in others
• Open to learn about and sell our products
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Creative mindset & interest in keeping updated with the latest trends, competitors
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends and evenings when required
