We are looking for a proactive and responsible Store/Booth Manager to oversee daily retail operations and sales performance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organised, and able to lead a sales team while delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily setup and closing of the booth/store Maintain cleanliness, display standards, and product functionality Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and SOP compliance

Team Leadership:

Manage sales staff scheduling and daily attendance Supervise performance and provide coaching Train staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and service standards

Customer Engagement

Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Assist walk-in customers and drive sales conversions

Marketplace & Online Support

Respond to customer chats on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop Coordinate online orders and pricing updates when required

Sales & Reporting

Ensure pricing and promotional mechanics are up to date Track daily sales performance and prepare reports Support sales targets and implement promotional activities

Inventory Control

Monitor stock levels and request replenishments

Requirements:

Malaysian citizen only Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail, sales, or team supervision Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Able to work in shift schedules (including weekends/public holidays) Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp, marketplace chat handling) Responsible, self-motivated and customer-focused Experience in marketplace operations is an added advantage

What you can expect:

Monthly Salary of RM3000 Monthly Commissions (the more you sell, the more you earn) 4-day full shift, 2-day half shift and 1 off-day EPF, SOCSO, EIS Training & career development opportunities
