1. Inventory & Stock Management
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.
Organize and store items according to category, code, or designated location.
Conduct regular stock checks (stock take / cycle count).
Ensure inventory records are updated accurately in the system.
2. Issuance & Delivery of Goods
Prepare items for issuance based on department requests.
Verify documents such as delivery orders, requisition forms, or invoices before releasing goods.
Manage delivery of items to relevant departments promptly and accurately.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain complete records of goods received and issued.
Update stock books or inventory systems for audit purposes.
Prepare monthly or ad-hoc inventory reports for management.
4. Store Maintenance
Keep the store clean, organized, and safe.
Control access to the store to prevent loss or misuse of items.
5. Safety & Compliance
Follow safety procedures when handling heavy or hazardous materials.
Adhere to company SOPs related to store and inventory management.
Assist during internal and external audits.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,999.00 per month
