Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stocks (vegetables, packaging materials, supplies).
Ensure all items received match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
Arrange and store items properly following FIFO/FEFO system.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse at all times.
Prepare and issue stock based on daily production or delivery requirements.
Update stock records accurately in system or manual logbooks.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.
Assist in monthly/weekly stock count and ensure accurate reporting.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, and Operations teams regarding stock movement.
Ensure proper handling and storage of perishable vegetables to maintain freshness.
Follow company safety and hygiene standards.
Job Requirements:
At least
1-2 years experience
in warehouse/store operations (fresh produce industry is an advantage).
Able to read and understand invoices, stock documents, and basic inventory records.
Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading tasks.
Knowledge of FIFO, stock rotation, and proper storage procedures.
Responsible, honest, and able to work independently.
Willing to work in a cold-room or wet environment (if applicable).
Basic computer skills for stock input (Excel or system).
