Its expertise includes: Airfreight & Seafreight (Import & Export), Transhipment Cargoes, Consolidation Services, Custom Brokerage, Warehouse, Distribution & Packing Services, Projects & Exhibition Cargoes, Cargo Insurance, Warehousing.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, review and dispatch deliveries effectively to maximize productivity, while meeting the company\xe2\x80\x99s customer service objectives
- To prepare daily delivery schedule
- To oversee the daily activities of the delivery team
- To provide direction and guidance to drivers/assistants to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- To monitor truck movements and troubleshoot delivery issues from complaints and respond promptly
- To assist warehouse and logistic cost control
- To assist any delivery administrative work
- Provide support to drivers as needed with questions or concerns regarding the delivery process
- Effectively and efficiently handle all communication with customers and co-workers in a professional manner
- To ensure all deliveries and done the same day and make preparation for the next day deliveries
- Any other tasks by management
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in related field
- Required Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to work in Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Port Klang
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.00am to 5.00pm or 9.00am to 6.00pm; Sat, 8.00am to 12.00pm or 9.00am to 1.00pm
