Job responsibilities:
\xc2\xbb Plan, coordinate, review and dispatch deliveries effectively to maximize productivity, while meeting the company\'s customer service objectives
\xc2\xbb To prepare everyday delivery schedule
\xc2\xbb To supervise the everyday activities of the delivery team
\xc2\xbb To provide direction and guidance to drivers/adjuncts to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
\xc2\xbb To monitor truck movements and troubleshoot delivery issues from complaints and respond promptly
\xc2\xbb To assist warehouse and logistic cost control
\xc2\xbb To assist any delivery administrative work
\xc2\xbb Provide support to drivers as needed with questions or concerns regarding the delivery process
\xc2\xbb Effectively and efficiently handle all communication with customers and co-workers in a professional manner
\xc2\xbb To ensure all deliveries and done the same day and make preparation for the next day deliveries
\xc2\xbb Any other tasks by management
Requirements:
\xc2\xbb At least 1-2 years\' practice in related field
\xc2\xbb Required Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
\xc2\xbb Willing to work in Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Port Klang
\xc2\xbb Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.00am to 5.00pm or 9.00am to 6.00pm; Sat, 8.00am to 12.00pm or 9.00am to 1.00pm
