Job responsibilities:
\xc2\xbb superviseing and monitoring of quality, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
\xc2\xbb Organizing warehouse, categorizing goods, planning routes, and processing shipments
\xc2\xbb Tackling and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise
\xc2\xbb Supervising, coaching, and training the warehouse workforce
\xc2\xbb Keeping track of the cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeline targets
\xc2\xbb Working in conformity with laws, regulations, and policies
\xc2\xbb superviseing the movement, storage, and distribution of goods and materials
\xc2\xbb Resolving delivery inconsistencies or delay
\xc2\xbb Developing an environment that fosters open and positive team communication by setting expectations, and communicating the company\'s goals or objectives
\xc2\xbb Taking care of inquiries or compliance issues related to shipping or transportation matters
\xc2\xbb Ensuring that shipping documents are well kept, updated, and in compliance including cost statement, certificates, permits, etc
\xc2\xbb Working in relation to project and installation departments, quality assurance, and project site adjunct
\xc2\xbb Examining, identifying, planning and managing logistics and warehousing processes or operations which involved ensuring that accurate and complete accounting, reporting, and internal control system are functioning and that all significant records are accurately maintained
Requirements:
\xc2\xbb Candidates must posses at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or any field related to warehousing or logistics management
\xc2\xbb Several years of professional practice is also required as Information technology can be of a crucial advantage
\xc2\xbb capability to handle multiple projects and also work independently
\xc2\xbb Excellent analytical, problem solving, self-management, and organizational skills
\xc2\xbb Well-developed oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills in order to effectively instruct employees, and also effectively file reports to the upper management of the organization
\xc2\xbb High computer literacy, which involved being able to work with Microsoft packages
\xc2\xbb capability to influence individuals and teams in order to achieve set or desired goals and objectives
\xc2\xbb Having SAP practice will be an added advantage
\xc2\xbb Required Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia
\xc2\xbb Willing to work in Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Port Klang
\xc2\xbb Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.00am to 5.00pm or 9.00am to 6.00pm; Sat, 8.00am to 12.00pm or 9.00am to 1.00pm
