Job Desription: \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing and training store staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning promotional campaigns for new products or specials. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized. \xe2\x80\xa2 Mediating any confrontations between staff and clients, and de-escalating the situation Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be organized and punctual. \xe2\x80\xa2 Well-presented and professional. \xe2\x80\xa2 A high school qualification or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Office.
