Job Description

as Storekeeper:

i. Receive raw materials, packaging or printed materials with proper shipping documents. Give batch number 'batch number' for raw materials.

ii. Drop off the goods and then make confirmation of receipt by signing and including the company's receipt stamp.

iii. Make a comparison between the goods received and the goods ordered and report directly to the quality control department if there are any differences.

iv. Sort the goods received according to type and then label them with the identification label 'quarantine' and inform the quality control department for confirmation of the label 'approve'. Goods will be stored in their respective stores according to the type of goods.

v. Updating information from time to time referring to delivery documents from customers, 'SRF' goods application documents and goods return documents.

vi. Ensure that the goods received are accompanied by a delivery document (DO) and recorded in the Good Received Record Book (Raw, Packaging & Printed).

vii. Inform the purchasing department if there is a difference between the materials ordered and the goods received.

viii. Ensure materials in the store and are kept in a good and tidy condition.

ix. Production of materials in stores according to production requests through SRF or through direct requests from the office through the "Delivery Order" form for direct sales.
