Storekeeper
Job Description
:
Receive and issue materials based on financial documents, strictly following the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principle;
Timely confirm, allocate, and handle returned, replenished, and scrapped materials from the production line;
Accurately and promptly record detailed accounts of material in-and-out transactions, and properly keep all related documents to ensure traceability;
Timely coordinate re-inspections of assigned materials and proactively enhance raw material inventory turnover.
Responsible for implementing 5S in the work area and organizing labels and signage in accordance with visual management requirements;
Conduct routine warehouse inspections, monitor the storage environment daily, and record data as required to ensure stable product quality and safety during the storage period;
Conduct monthly inventory audits to ensure that the SAP/WMS/EAM systems, manual records, and physical stock are consistent.
Execute other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications & experience
:Qualification Certificate/Diploma in any field. Preferably with 1 year working experience in Store or Warehouse. Positive attitude and have good interpersonal skills. Responsible and able to work independently. Able to operate computer application, ie Microsoft Excel and Words.
