Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented

Storekeeper

to manage inventory, equipment handling, and store operations. The role involves accurate stock control, coordination with technicians, and ensuring all audio-visual equipment and goods are properly maintained, recorded, and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of all stock in and out, ensuring items are properly verified, stored, and labeled. Inspect equipment and goods to ensure they are in good working condition before delivery to customers or deployment to project sites. Arrange transportation and coordinate delivery of equipment and goods to customers or designated sites. Prepare and manage Delivery Orders (DO) and inventory documentation using the

Autocount System

. Prepare daily and weekly inventory and store reports for management review. Coordinate and document annual stock take and inventory audits. Assist in scheduling work assignments for technicians. Support loading and unloading of equipment and goods when required. Identify, report, and resolve inventory or stock-related issues. Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Minimum

SPM certificate or Diploma

in any related field. Able to communicate in

Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia

. At least

2 years of relevant working experience

in storekeeping, inventory, or warehouse operations. Proficient in

Autocount Accounting System

and

MS Office

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of

audio-visual systems and electrical concepts

is an added advantage. Experience in the

Audio, Visual, and Lighting industry

will be highly preferred. Willing to work in

Permas Jaya, Johor

. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and able to maintain good attendance. Fast learner with good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility. Candidates who can

join immediately or on short notice

will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
