Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the system (manual or ERP).
Issue raw materials and components to production as per job orders.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies promptly.
Organize and maintain the store area for easy access and safety compliance.
Conduct regular stock counts and assist in audits.
Ensure proper labelling and storage of materials to prevent damage or contamination.
Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material requirements.
Follow safety protocols and maintain housekeeping standards in the store.
Need to assist in other areas.
Work closely with QC.
provide support in production from time to time.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience:
1-3 years in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing.
Skills:
Knowledge of inventory control systems and MS Office.
Ability to operate forklifts or material handling equipment (if required).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
