Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Cert/Diploma education or a minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.
Must be able to read, write and understand Bahasa Malaysia and simple English.
Computer literacy.
Good in inventory control and analytical skills.
Responsible, committed and dedicated to the job assigned.
Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.
Must be able to work from Monday to Saturday.
Responsibilities
To receive, check and verify all the time (part number and quantity) delivered by suppliers accurately as in supplier\'s document (DO and Invoice);
Deliver the document to the admin department (procurement, account, admin) and work closely to get information on received items category by (project material/sales order);
Pass the received item to the respective PIC (person in charge) (project - follow & record in BOM list);
Manage and pack the outgoing item follow with ISO standards (Sales Order - follow DNC DO and Invoice);
Arrange courier pick up item;
Assist staff with loan item process (follow loan form);
Carry out stock count & check exercise (Quarterly);
Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness of store;
Ability to safety operate a forklift;
Perform any duty assigned by the management when there is required.
