Job Description

:

Responsible to maintain proper stock records and inventory movement records for all construction site materials and ensure proper and secured storage in place. Liaise with procurement/suppliers in coordinating construction site store/stock receiving schedules. Maintain proper records for all material used on sites. Responsible to cooperate with the site team, carry out dynamic management of site storage solutions, schedules, guarantee quality and complete work tasks on time. Shall possess sound knowledge of storekeeping operation as per organizational norms and ISO standards. Responsible to ensure proper filing and safekeeping of inventory records including avoid over, under-stocking of materials, protect materials from losses and damages. To assist in any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Possess minimum qualifications of SPM and or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields. Possess strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate and negotiate with different stakeholders. Possess strong coordination, organizational and inventory management skills. Possess the ability to work under minimum supervision. Possess strong teamwork skills and a sense of urgency. Possess basic knowledge in using MS Office applications and inventory management software. Warehouse Location: IJOK

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
