Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



1. Inventory management -

update stock card to maintain accurate records of stock levels, incoming and outgoing materials. And also perform regular stock checks and cycle counts.

2. Receiving & Inspection -

to receive, verify and inspect incoming materials and parts based on delivery orders. And to ensure the items meet quality and quantity requirement before storing.

3. Storage & Organization -

properly label and store materials to designated locations and ensure the warehouse is well-organized.

4. Issuance of Materials -

to prepare and issue raw materials and components based on production requirement.

5. Stock replenishment & ordering -

to monitor stock levels and notify the warehouse executive to notify the purchasing team to reorder as needed. And assist Warehouse executive in forecasting inventory demand to avoid shortages of overstocking.

6. Documentation & reporting -

to maintain accurate records of stock transactions, purchase orders and delivery notes.

7. Support in Waste management & disposal -

to assist in handling and disposal of unused, expired or defective materials according to company policies.

Job Requirements:



1. At least 1 year of experience in storekeeping, warehouse or inventory control.

2. Ability to drive forklift to lift and move heavy items.

3. Microsoft Office skills as an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
