Job Description

A Storekeeper manages inventory, from receiving and storing goods to dispatching them, ensuring stock accuracy, organizing storage, maintaining records , conducting audits, and keeping the area safe and clean, crucial for smooth retail or warehouse operations by preventing shortages and overstocking. Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

Track stock levels, conduct regular audits, reconcile discrepancies, and update records.

Receiving & Dispatch:

Inspect incoming deliveries for damage/errors, process, and store items, then prepare and dispatch orders.

Organization & Maintenance:

Arrange stock logically , keep the store/warehouse clean, tidy, and safe, and manage the store layout.

Documentation:

Record all inventory movements, generate reports (like Material Received Reports - MRR), and handle paperwork.

Coordination:

Liaise with procurement for replenishment and sales teams for stock needs.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security procedures.

Skill:

Operate a forklift
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
