Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
Organize and store inventory in the designated areas safely and efficiently.
Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
Issue materials and products to relevant departments upon request and maintain accurate records.
Monitor stock levels and generate purchase requisitions when inventory is low.
Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of materials.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the storage area.
Prepare inventory reports and submit them to the management regularly.
Follow company standards for health, safety, and environmental practices.
Collaborate with procurement and finance departments for timely documentation and reporting.
