Receive, inspect, and verify incoming spare parts, tools, and consumables.
Label, bin, and store items according to technical specifications and 5S standards.
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/SAP/Excel.
Issue materials and tools based on approved requests or work orders.
Perform cycle counts and monthly stock checks; investigate discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment requests (min/max).
Coordinate with mechanical/electrical teams and suppliers regarding deliveries.
Maintain documentation such as GRN, issue logs, stock cards, and MSDS files.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety compliance in the technical store area.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Superior/Head of Department.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical/engineering store management.
Knowledge of spare parts, tools, and mechanical/electrical components.
Able to operate a Forklift & Scissor Lift (added advantage).
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/SAP is an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Physically fit and able to handle materials safely.
